This well presented 4 bedroom house was built in 2004 and is laid out across three floors. Currently set up as a main house set across two floors and a completely separate, self-contained guest house which also offers 2 bedrooms.
The one thing which you will notice immediately are the panoramic views on offer from both houses which are available from almost all rooms.
The house offers a great deal of flexibility and is suitable as a permanent home (perfect if your teenagers or elderly relatives want their independence) but could also be used as a holiday home for those wanting to “lock and leave” the house when not in use.
Outside space is always important in Spain and this house has several terraces, balconies and a good size garden which could be home to a small swimming pool.
Layout of the two houses…
The main house (115M2) is entered from street level and from the entrance hallway, you can turn immediately right into a shower room and cloakroom.
The next room is the kitchen which is well fitted with plenty of storage with wall and base units together with all the usual appliances.
The living and dining room is dual aspect and offers amazing panoramic views and there is a terrace accessed via double doors and has space for relaxing or dining. There is a feature fireplace in the living area.
Stairs rise up to the first floor which has 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom is a very generous room with built in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom. In addition, doors lead out to a lovely terrace space with amazing views across the village to the Sierra de Gredos mountains.
Bedroom 2 is laid out as a twin room and benefits from an en-suite bathroom.
A door from the entrance hall leads down to the boiler room.
The guest house (50M2) can be accessed directly from the street which gives the owners and guests privacy.
This self-contained house has a large, open plan living/dining and kitchen space with views across the village to the mountains. There is a bathroom on this floor.
Wood is a feature in this guest house and the open wooden staircase leads up to the 2 bedrooms – both a good size double.

Hoyos del Espino, Avila
This property is located on the edge of the pretty village of Hoyos del Espino in the Avila province of Castille & Leon.
Whilst the area may not be well known with foreign buyers, this is an incredibly popular area for the Spanish and many foreign tourists who visit the historic towns and cities in the area.
This house is just 70km to the historic city of Avila with its ancient town walls still in tact, many historic buildings and attractive plazas and Jewish quarter. One of the most historic cities in Spain and well worth a visit!
Equally, the house is just 180km from Madrid with everything that the capital has to offer including the international airport.
Perhaps the main reason for this area’s popularity is the proximity to the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park – a popular destination for hikers, wildlife fans and horse riding fans. The area has stunning scenery with mountains and lakes and is a great place to enjoy outdoor pursuits.
Hoyos del Espino benefits from a variety of local services, plenty of shopping options and sporting facilities. There is a medical centre, chemist, schooling and transport links.
