Two parcels of rustic land located a short distance away from the village of Albondon, Granada.

Part of the land has been terraced by the current owner and various road ways have been created to make access more easy.

The owner has recently plantend new almond trees on some of the terraces that were created last year. You can plant almonds, figs, olives or even grapes without needing extra water. These are grown all around without any problem.

The two plots comprise 45.751M2 of which 38.249M2 is classified as having almonds and the second plot of 6.573M2 also having almonds on it.

Since you spend most of your time outdoors including cooking in your outdoor kitchen that should be sufficient. If you want something bigger you can realize that with the help of the Junta de Andalucia.

The current owner has a licence for the drilling of a bore hole however, there is also a mains supply at the house of a nearby neighbour which is 200M away from the main platform and just 120M from the stable.

The best solution (and probably far cheaper) is to install a solar system for an electrical supply.  It is feasible to recuperate your investment with the installation of solar within 5 years and obviously leads to a cost saving for the long term.

Being just 4km from the A345 main road between La Rabita and Cadiar, this property provides a sanctuary from the stresses of modern life but it is not isolated.

Albondon, Granada 

Albondon is located just inland from the Costa Tropical in the Granada province of Andalucia.

It has a rich history going back to the Moorish times and is well known for the locally produced wine.

The village benefits from a public swimming pool, sports centre, medical centre, banks, various shops and a variety of bars that will also serve you food.  The land is approximately 10 minutes away from Albondón and about 15 minutes from Cadiar where among others you find a Carrefour supermarket.

The land is about 30 minutes away from the beaches of the Costa Tropical (La Rabita and Pozuelo) where you can enjoy the beaches, with the option to hire boats for fishing trips.  Located on the Costa Tropical in the province of Granada, this typical whitewashed village is a thriving agricultural area and enjoys a privileged location.

The Costa Tropical takes its name from the sub-tropical climate that it enjoys. With warm winters and long hot summers, the average temperature is around 20C.
