There is a superb architect in the area that speak English (if this is helpful) and he has can deal with all the administration required and recommend builders and trades to complete the works. (Creative Property Marketing have the contact details for this architect).
Repairs such a small leak in the roof, investigations into the pool that is leaking, modernisation of kitchens and bathrooms, re-configuration accommodation as desired, installation of wood burning stoves, then decorating to personal taste. The property is habitable to be lived in whilst works are carried out. Water and electricity is connected plus bathrooms and kitchens function even if they are dated.
