The living accommodation is open plan with lots of light flowing in from the dual aspect. The living room is arranged on two levels, creating different zones for relaxing and dining. A wood burning stove is ideal for the cooler months. The kitchen is open plan to the living space and has a window overlooking the gardens.
There are three large double bedrooms in the main house and with one of these, you have further flexibility where the bedroom has a small living room, en-suite shower room and separate access to the garden. This bedroom could easily be used as separate accommodation.
The second bedroom has its own shower room and French doors opening onto the garden.
The third has a bathroom with natural light from an overhead atrium.
There is a large central hallway, accessing a walk-in pantry with shelving and granite worktop, and a fourth (single) bedroom, currently serving as an office. The upper level has a terrace overlooking the pool and with fine views to the south to the Sierra Lujar and the Guadalfeo valley
The guest house is completely separate from the main house and is built of stone which runs through the interior styling. This is the ideal way to create income whilst enjoying a relaxed lifestyle but if you don’t want the additional work, you can always use this for friends and family who come to stay. Everyone maintains their own privacy and seclusion and with two double bedrooms, it can accommodate two couples or families.
A generous living room opens onto the private terrace and gardens and then the swimming pool. It has a sunny aspect but also comes with a wood burning stove for the cooler months. An archway leads through to the kitchen which has space for a small dining table.

The gardens have been a labour of love for the current owner who has created a mature and private environment for both houses. Each house comes with terrace space which is the ideal way to relax and enjoy the best of the weather.
Lawned areas, sunbathing space and of course, there is a swimming pool for each house!
The gardens are arranged on various levels and total just less than half an acre in total. The gardens and a delight with many palmss, plenty of citrus trees and various patios or terraces to sit and relax in the shade.

Orgiva and the Alpujarras
