Location – the village of Montejaque is a traditional pueblo blanco with a good range of bars, several small supermarkets, banks and a school. It is a centre for many cultural and sporting events throughout the year.

Being within the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park means that there is an endless supply of beauty on your doorstep – bird-watching, walking routes, cycling, horse riding and much more.

The famous town of Ronda is just 20 mins drive away and here you have every amenity for a population of 45,000.  It is a very historic area with prehistoric settlements having been found outside the town.  The town itself was first settled in the 6th century BC and has many Moorish influences in architecture are to be found throughout the old town.  The bullfighting ring is the oldest in Spain and the famous Puente Nuevo (New Bridge) built between 1751 and 1793 towers 120 meters above the canyon – one of Spain’s most visited attractions.
