Gardens and outside space

One of the main features of the house is the great outside space and at the front of the house is a large patio with plenty of space for relaxing, dining and entertaining.

There is an outside kitchen with connection for a gas BBQ and it has electric and water supply, work tops, storage and a sink.

Campanillas, Santa Rosalia and Malaga…

Campanillas is an interesting blend of urban living and countryside and is actually the 9th district within the city of Malaga.

Some parts of Campanillas are very modern filled with new build properties but this part, just north of Santa Rosalia is an ideal blend of semi suburban and countryside.

There are neighbours in the area which creates a friendly community but there’s also the space to enjoy the countryside and views.
