Summary of the accommodation: 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Living/dining room, kitchen, study, covered terrace, expansive tiled terraced area (some covered) and a workshop/hobby room.
Historic threshing circle: On the land but outside the fenced area is an old completely circular stone threshing circle which is lovingly kept weeded and in good condition by the current owners. Threshing circles were previously used to separate the wheat from the chaff and are now protected by law as are the scrub oaks surrounding the property for as far as the eye can see.
Legal paperwork: The property has perfect legal paperwork to include AFO. This will ensure a smooth purchase with any lawyer instructed to do the conveyancing for a buyer.

Potential to become more eco friendly: Already the villa has a water well that is 160 meters deep and never runs dry. This well provides the entire property and pool with water. The current owners only use the town water for drinking. Add to that the ample space on the land for solar panels and maybe even a small wind turbine if desired, it is possible to use solar and wind to massively support the mains electricity and even heat the swimming pool!
Land around the property is now protected: No further construction is permitted by law anywhere near this property because the scrub oaks are now protected by law and cannot be removed. This means the area is a haven for wildlife and there are no pesticides or fertilisers used in the area and no cultivation of olive groves or arable crops.
