Los Perez is a short drive from the bustling town of Los Montesinos – a great place to call home with plenty of facilities including health centre, chemists, banks, a range of shops and supermarkets as well as the usual array of bars and restaurants.

The town is a great place to relax in one of the many plazas enjoying a coffee and people watching.  Whilst the area has long been popular with foreign buyers, it is still a very traditional Spanish town with a welcoming feel and has many fiestas during the year.

Sporting facilities include a community swimming pool and padel courts and football pitch.
