This large 4 bedroom detached country home offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful location with great countryside views but the house is not isolated and is ideal for access to the whole of Andalucia via the motorway network.
The house is situated almost at the top of the hill in Los Arenales, about 3km from the main road, all tarmac and about 300M of concrete road.
The house has been designed to make the most of the great views with a first floor living room with views of the Sierra Nevada, Sierra Gorda, the Sierra de Loja and the Parapanda mountain in the distance.
There are bedrooms on both floors of the house which delivers a huge amount of flexibility for future use and creates the ability to accommodate guests with their own privacy and independence.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and comes with an en-suite shower/wet room. In addition, there is a second bedroom and shower room on this floor.
A further room is currently used as a study or home office on this level.
On the ground floor is an entrance hallway which leads to the adjacent garage, a door to the rear garden and has the stairs to the first floor.
Off the hallway is a dining room which leads through to the kitchen, a large utility room and a further shower/wet room. There is also a further door to the rear garden.
Two ground floor double bedrooms are accessed from the dining room and give a degree of flexibility in terms of how the house is used going forward. These rooms could easily be used as hobby rooms or as a larger home office.
Both the master bedroom and the first floor living room have balconies which are large enough to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The garage roof has also been designed and built to offer an additional terrace space. It would only require the addition of a hand rail and balustrade.
