The Layout of the Villa – the entrance to the house leads you into a hallway area with a guest cloakroom and some very useful storage cupboards.
To the right is the kitchen which is well fitted with plenty of storage units, granite work surfaces and all the usual appliances. There is also a small breakfast bar ideal for breakfast on the run. A glazed door opens onto a utility area with washing machine and courtyard space.
Opposite the kitchen is an open plan area, perfect as a formal dining area or as a second living space. This area overlooks the main living room and can easily be used in all manner of ways – a home office, snug space or children’s play area. Rincón de la Victoria is a very Spanish town – a great place for integrating into Spanish life whilst also offering lots of cultural events and groups for foreign residents.
