The layout of the property…

One of the key features of this large villa is it’s flexibility – the current owners use just 2 bedrooms as bedrooms however, there is scope for four more if needed.

First floor level – this is the main living level and you enter into a huge hallway with double doors opening into the living room. A spiral staircase leads down to the ground floor.

The living room is very spacious with a feature fireplace and bay windows giving lots of light.

Off the hallway is a home office or study and this can easily be used as a bedroom if wanted.  Adjacent to this room is a guest cloakroom, ideal for when entertaining.

This apartment might be considered an “after thought” but this couldn’t be further from the truth – it comes with central heating (radiators in the living room and the bedroom) and the shower room is well fitted and ideal for visitors.

Two external staircases, together with the spiral staircase inside make this a very flexible house and it can be adapted to suit any number of future layouts.  The current owners just use two main bedrooms but it is feasible to create as many as 5 or 6 bedrooms including the separate apartment. If you want separation between the two floors, people can use the external stairs to access their part of the property giving great privacy for extended families.
