For sale direct from the owners!

We are Geoff and Sandra and we are selling our home directly because it allows easy contact between seller and buyer to ensure both are satisfied and that any visits are carried out with confidence. Solicitors, yours and ours, still sort out all the legal issues.

Our home was built to a high standard in 2002 and we have been the only people to enjoy the villa.  There are formal garden areas which amount to around 3,000M2 and the best thing it is all flat!  We have a graveled entrance road and pathway areas and there are various flower beds, an orchard with fuit trees and vegetable plots.

We have a swimming pool with tiled surround, a small ornamental pond and mature trees and shrubs.

The remainder of the plot is gently sloping and has the original very old olive trees. Wood for the wood burning fire has been harvested form the plot and none has been bought over the years.

We feel very fortunate to have been able to enjoy our home in Spain – these are just a few reasons why…

Private, rural fully fenced and gated 6,000M2 plot of land

♦ All the accommodation is on one level – perfect for future proofing and less mobility

♦ South facing for all day sun – it’s why we came to Spain!

♦ Flat plot around the villa, pool and formal garden area – no steep slopes or impossible gardens to manage!

♦ Double carport and ample parking

♦ A/C units (x2) and fully double glazed – great for summer and winter!

♦ Feature fireplace with wood burning glass fronted fire

♦ Swimming pool – 8m x 4m, with cover and space to relax and sunbathe

♦ Large garden room overlooking the pool with country views – the perfect place to relax

♦ Ideal location for inland experiences, Malaga and a more traditional slice of Spain

♦ Storeroom

♦ Direct sale from owner, a more civilised sales method!
