This fully self-contained one bedroom flat has two accesses – one from within the house and an independent access from the front, via the left side gate of the property. This level can be isolated from the main house by the locking of a door between the house and the apartment.

Community fees for the current year are around €550 which include regular rubbish collection and periodic clearance of larger items such as furniture or appliances.  There is also a large community area comprising
