Bedroom 4, home office or hobby room is also accessed via the front porch or from the rear with a door that accesses the rear patio and then the pool courtyard.

The living/dining room follows on from the kitchen with glazed internal doors to separate the two rooms if desired.  The living room is very light and bright with a wood burning stove, air-conditioning, a large window with terrific views over the front terrace, doors open into the pool courtyard. A single door takes you into the conservatory.

The front conservatory is a very special room and takes in the most amazing South and Western panoramic vistas with no other properties in sight which is exceptional when on an urbanisation!

Bedroom 2 is accessed from the left hand side of the fireplace in the living room and this room benefits from fully fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and is dual aspect.  Vistas are to the South and West via a large window and the rear window overlooks the pool courtyard.

Inner hallway is accessed via internal double glazed doors from the living room which gives access to the family bathroom, bedroom 3 and the master bedroom 1 with en suite.

Pool courtyard is a very special area and provides complete privacy for year round enjoyment. There is a wind out blinds on the back of the house that gives shade as the sun comes up and over the South and West facing villa.  The pool is 8M x 4M and there is a shower.

Rear garden and drying area for washing is to the side of and behind the pool.  From the rear garden there is view of the El Torcal Natural Park to the North.

Front terrace is a vast gravel area with soft seating and parasol that takes in incredible vistas of countryside that changes with the seasons and the mountain ranges travel from as far as the Southern reaches of the Ronda mountains down to the ranges that back Torremolinos and the Costa del Sol.

Front gardens are extensive and include mature flowering shrubs and some fruit trees to include, three fig trees, 1 orange tree, 2 pomegranates, 1 nispero and 3 olive trees (one located in the rear garden).

Entrance and driveway comprises a low wall with roof tiles to give an Andalucian feel and long concrete driveway the runs up to the villa.  There is a carport three quarters of the way up the driveway that protects the car from the midday and afternoon sun.

Access to the villa and location on the urbanisation

The road surfaces are tarmac and concrete which makes for easy access to the villa.

The location on the urbanisation is at the far Western end of the urbanisation which means the views are more panoramic and uninterrupted.

Local villages and attractions

Almogia village is the municipality this villa comes under for the town hall and 24 hour medical centre with on-stand-by ambulance.  Almogia also has a good size supermarket, weekly open market, independent shops, bars and restaurants, sports centre and feria ground.  It takes approximately 7 minutes driving South on a scenic road to reach this Moorish pueblo blanco with historic hilltop Moorish castle.

Pastelero is the closest hamlet just a few minutes away by car where two superb local ventas, bar/restaurants are to be found. They serve local cuisine and people drive up from Malaga at the weekends to appreciate the great food.  Menu del Dia is served at lunchtime where a three or four course home cooked meal is served to include drinks for just €8.50.

Villanueva de la Concepcion is the small town at the foothills of the El Torcal Natural Park and mountain range.  Here you will find a larger array of amenities, bars and restaurants.

Antequera is known as the crossroads of Andalucia and is as historic as it is beautiful. The pavement bars and cafes create a lovely atmosphere and the many parks and cultural events make this a great place to spend time.  If you want to avoid the coast, this city has everything you would need and can be reached in less than 30mins.

Malaga city is a 35 minute drive away to reach the Western edge of the city.  Here there is everything a modern city provides. Often overlooked is the historic old town of Malaga city and the contemporary marina.

Los Alamos beach is the closest beach to the villa and can be reached in 40 minutes.  It is known by the Spanish but again, often missed by the holiday makers.  It is located between Malaga city and Torremolinos, has superb facilities and is pristine.

El Torcal Natural Park is located behind Villanueva de last Concepcion and to reach the top via a stunning mountain road takes approximately 30 minutes from the villa.  At the top, several walking routes are available and wild Ibex (mountain goats crossed with North African antelope) will nearly always be seen together with birds of prey.  There is a visitors centre and good cafe/restaurant.

El Chorro Gorge and the Malaga Lakes continue on the road West out of Fuente Amarga and you will reach the village of Valle de Abdalajis.  Continue West and in a journey of 30 minutes you will reach these beautiful natural wonders.  Swimming and water sports are available on bright blue lake and there are guided walks that can be booked on the Kings Walk that clings high up to the side of the gorge.
