The layout of the villa…
The villa comes with a flexible layout – set across one floor, there are a number of ways the villa can be adapted to suit all manner of future uses. Currently, the main house comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms – two of which are en-suite to bedrooms. The living room has double doors to the gardens and a further dining area is open plan to the kitchen and connects beautifully with the terraces and gardens. Almost all of the rooms in the main house have a Southerly or West aspect overlooking the pool and gardens towards the sea.
A separate annex houses the garage as well as a separate bedroom and bathroom – this adds to the flexibility of future use and could always be used as a “granny annex” or overspill space for extended family.
This is absolutely vital in most Spanish properties but this villa comes with a range of terraces – for sunbathing next to the swimming pool, a great outside lounge area with soft seating ideal for relaxing and entertaining and an outside dining space perfect for dinner parties. There is even a terrace under the pergola in the garden for a romantic evening under the stars.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and comes with a removable barrier (used for rentals) – the owners have thought of everything!
The house also comes with a large roof terrace – giving panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sea – this is a terrific space to enjoy the sunset and a night of star gazing.

Binibeca Vell and southern Menorca…
The location of this villa is a real delight – a peaceful location but not isolated. The coastline is dramatic with many secluded coves and beautiful golden beaches to visit. There is something for everyone, whether you’re after a relaxing day at an intimate cove, water sports and tourist attractions or exotic beaches.
From the villa to the local shops and restaurants is a 6 to 7 minute walk (350 metres). There is a shortcut with steps that leads down to the shops, bars, restaurants at Cala Torret and another 3 minutes to the beach at Playa Binibeca. There are a number of restaurants in Cala Torret – Paupa Bar, Los Bucaneros on the beach, Sa Cova chill out lounge and restaurant and a number of others.
Local facilities also include a bakery where they make the tastiest esaimadas and where you can enjoy a coffee or breakfast too, as well as a local supermarket.
There are ample and excellent restaurants on the island. Spanish cuisine has many cultural influences from around the Mediterranean. The sea food is delicious and the island uses mainly local products which are very fresh and tasty!
