Main house (200M2) is a very attractive, traditional Asturian property dating back to around 1920 (renovated in 1999).  It has 4 double/twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and features a traditional Galleria – a mezzanine level that overlooks the library and takes in the most incredible views of the Sierra del Sueve mountain range.  This full height wall of feature picture windows really connects the inside with the outside.

There is spacious farmhouse style kitchen/diner with 4 ring gas hob and large electric oven. The kitchen is traditional in style being brick built with solid wood cupboard doors, white marble worktop and a walk-in pantry. There is a dishwasher, fridge, oven and washing machine that are included in the sale.

Sitting room with feature fireplace, Galleria (mezzanine style room) with floor to ceiling wall of picture windows that accommodate a study area and soft seating.

The geographical area

The area is renowned for:  Walking/hiking on well marked paths that take in stunning scenic views.  Bird watching, fishing, hunting, canoeing and just 30 mins’ drive away are beaches famous for surfing. Local wildlife you may encounter when out walking include; fallow deer, foxes and wild boar… to name just a few.
