This charming traditional cottage is located within a small residential hamlet, surrounded by beautiful countryside but is less than 5mins drive from the bustling town of Los Montesinos.  In addition, there are a couple of bar/restaurants within walking distance of this cottage which makes it the ideal way to enjoy the semi-rural life without feeling isolated or cut off from facilities.

This hamlet of homes is located on urban land and gives you the security of being within a small community of neighbours (Spanish, French and English) so this makes it ideal if the house is to be used as a permanent home (integrate into the community) or as a holiday home (you have neighbours who can look after the house in your absence).

Because this house is not on an urbanization you don’t have to pay for expensive community services, communal pools etc.

Los Montesinos is a bustling town with plenty of bars and restaurants from which to choose as well as all the usual facilities such as schools, banks, shops and sporting options.  The town has a very traditional Spanish feel but the locals are welcoming and friendly.  The town is well placed to enjoy the best of the local Blue Flag beaches at Guadamar, la Mata and Torrevieja.

Equally, international travel is easy with both Alicante and Murcia airports within 30mins.

Los Montesinos and the wider area…

Within walking distance of the property are two excellent bar/restaurants which offer menu del dia and tapas. Mama’s bar also does a very popular paella!

The Ranch is a great local spot to enjoy a meal or one of many activities they offer – horse riding, bowls, a huge swimming pool and various cultural events throughout the year including line dancing and seasonal fiestas. They even have lodges for holiday lets if you have visitors and all facilities are available to day guests.

There are a number of large shopping malls in the area and these can all be reached easily by car.
