The property itself offers a great deal of charm and character – this is a traditional Andalusian finca set across two floors with great outside space and outbuildings. It would really suit a number of uses including new owners who want to enjoy their own olive oil and home grown produce.
Equally, with the two large outbuildings, this home could easily work well for a car enthusiast, someone with a home business or those that enjoy hobbies such as painting, woodwork or just pottering about.

On the first floor are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Set within 17,500M2 of land, the house comes with many olive trees – around 130 of them which can provide a harvest of as much as 7,000kilos. This is perfect for selling to one of the local co-operatives or for milling your very own olive oil.
In addition to the olives, there are approximately 35 almond trees, a small vegetable garden and animal pens – perfect for those people that want to create a self-sufficient lifestyle with chickens, goats or even pigs and home grown vegetables.
