Los Nunez is a village between Almogia to the North and Campanillas to the South. It is a very friendly, and a genuinely Spanish place to live. The area is renowned for producing citrus fruits and it is also a commuter village for those working in Malaga city or further along the coast.
You can then drive North and you will come to the lovely village of Villanueva de la Concepcion, then the magnificent mountain range and Natural Park of El Torcal and keep going around the Torcal and you each the impressive city of Antequera with World Heritage Status for the Dolmens.
The British owner and seller Lyn lives at the villa full time and she will happily speak with your about her unique villa. Video walk through viewings are available to a potential buyer and equally, Lyn will open the villa to you for a physical viewing.
Lyn will be leaving a lot of the contents, minus personal and cherished items. Spanish law allows for second had items to be purchased without purchase tax, so an inventory will be written up with a total cost put against these items.
